An Open Day was held, organised by EXPRESS GARANZION Ltd. in connection with the project in the Zelenika area in the Galata district, where the Sun City Residence complex is expected to be built. The initiative was organised in response to public discussions and concerns related to construction in the area, with the clear aim of presenting the facts on site and providing an opportunity for open dialogue. Participants had the opportunity to see the actual situation on the ground and the scope of construction activities within the first phase of the project. It was explained that the total area of the property is 175 decares, with construction in the first phase covering only 17 decares of the plot. The project is planned in a residential construction zone in the General Development Plan of Varna. The plot is owned by the investor, and prior to its purchase, thorough checks were carried out for landslide processes, Natura 2000 restrictions, building possibilities, and landscaping conditions.

Detailed and specific parameters of the first stage of the project were presented, which envisages the construction of 294 apartments and 6 commercial premises – shops, children's playrooms, service facilities and restaurants designed to serve the future residents of the complex. Underground parking spaces are planned under each building, and excavation work will be carried out in accordance with the terrain using stepwise digging to minimise the impact on the environment. The internal road infrastructure, communications, and landscaping will be built entirely at the investor's expense. A plan for preserving the existing vegetation and future compensatory landscaping was also presented. To provide a clear and realistic idea of the project, visual content was prepared to illustrate exactly what is to be built and in which parts of the property.
