Detailed design for technical and biological reclamation of municipal landfill, the city of Kostinbrod - 2014

 



Completed are the types of work by parts:



Proper technical reclamation:

  • soiling with soil layer 20 cm - 21200 cubic meters;

  • laying of gas drainage of gravel in a layer of 50 cm - 19400 cub. m;

  • laying of clay 50 cm in two layers of 25 cm - 20000 cub. m;

  • construction of gas wells by detail - 4 pcs.;

  • supply and installation of a gas torch – 4 pcs.;

  • perforated pipes Ø 110, PE 100, SDR17.6 for gas collection - 480 m;

  • crushed stone for temporary operational roads along berms and ridge - H=30 cm - 1600 cub. m;

  • sand underlay for temporary operational roads along berms and ridge - H=10 cm – 725 cub. m;


 

Drainage system for leachate:

 

  • excavation of a trench for laying drainage pipe;

  • sand pad for tube H = 10 cm;

  • laying of perforated pipe Ф 315, PE100 - 214 m;

  • making drainage prism around the tube with gravel D16-32mm - 145 cub. m;

  • making manhole Ф 1000 mm / HDPE H = 3m - 3 pcs;

  • making manhole Ф 1000 mm / HDPE H = 9m - 1 pc;

  • making manhole Ф 1000 mm / HDPE H = 11m - 2 pcs.
